Construction Project Management

HCC’s Construction Project Management Certificate is designed for individuals seeking to strengthen their understanding of how construction projects are planned, organized, and executed from start to finish. This non-certification program focuses on developing practical knowledge in key project management principles used across the construction industry. Participants will explore project delivery methods, construction services, bidding and procurement processes, frameworks for risk management, and the full project development cycle. The course also introduces basic construction management software to help students become familiar with digital tools commonly used to track project progress, schedules, and costs.
