Houston Community College and the Houston Community College System Public Facility Corporation, collectively, (HCC) or (College) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional qualified certified public accounting (CPA) firms interested in providing HCC with annual Financial Statement Opinion Audit Services, financial statement opinion audit services, and other ancillary financial auditing services on an “as needed” basis. HCC requires consistent high quality delivery of all professional services to meet schedules and budgets.
