RFP-C 22-03 Furniture for New WHI Expansion Campus

The Houston Community College System (“HCC “or the “College”) through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking proposals for Furniture for New WHI Expansion Campus. Delivery will be in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The successful proposer will provide the specified requirements in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations necessary to perform the scope of services. It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum requirements for the Furniture and Fixtures for the New West Houston Expansion Campus project at Houston Community College in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids/proposals. The successful proposer (Contractor) shall be required to furnish all resources, transportation, services, labor, material, equipment, and supplies necessary and required to supply, deliver, install and set in place (F.O.B Destination, Prepaid and Allowed) Furniture and Fixtures, by brand name or equivalent in accordance with the general terms and conditions and requirements set forth in this Solicitation.
