District Conference Center Rental Rates

New Rates effective July 2023:

  • Auditorium/Pre-Event Foyer* (5,462 sq. ft.) (Seating for the auditorium is 3,300 sq. ft. with a foyer of 2,162 sq. ft.) Seating Capacity: 100 classroom style, 200 theatre style.
    • Day, Evening or Weekend Rate: Commercial - $500; Non-profit - $250
  • Seminar Room A** (1,100 sq. ft.) Seating Capacity: 40 classroom style, 65 theatre style
    • Day, Evening or Weekend Rate: Commercial - $220; Non-profit - $110
  • Seminar Room B*** (1,800 sq. ft.) Seating Capacity: 60 classroom style, 100 theatre style
    • Day, Evening or Weekend Rate: Commercial - $250; Non-profit - $125
  • Seminar Room C**** (540 sq. ft.) Seating Capacity: 22 classroom style, 35 theatre style
    • Day, Evening or Weekend Rate: Commercial - $200; Non-profit - $100

 

Room occupancy is based on maximum use of floor space. Proof of liability insurance coverage must be provided prior to the event. Non-profit organizations must supply proof of their 501C3/501C4 status and are subject to room assignment adjustments.

 

* Rates are based upon a minimum use of four hours. Hourly rates will apply thereafter.
   (Commercial - $125; Non-profit - $62.50)

** Rates are based upon a minimum use of four hours. Hourly rates will apply thereafter.
     (Commercial - $55; Non-profit - $27.50)

Equipment Daily Rates

  • Auditorium Audio/Visual System - Includes (4) suspended monitors & screen: $200
  • Seminar Rooms Audio/Visual System - $35
  • Wireless Microphones – $25
  • Polycom Telephone - $40
  • Portable Podium - $25
  • Laptop - $100

 

*Rates are for HCCS-owned equipment for use on a single day or a single event. If equipment is outsourced by HCC, rates are subject to increase.

  • Housekeeping - $25 hr. (After hours/weekends)
  • Event Support Staff - $30 hr. (After hours/weekends)

 

All administrative and optional services are hourly based upon 4 hours minimum.
