National Native American Heritage Month

HCC Celebrates National Native American Heritage Month

The 2022 theme for National Native American Heritage Month is “Exploring the Heritage, Culture and Experience of Indigenous People.” During the month of November, we recognize the important role Native Americans have played both historically and currently in the United States. Native Americans are celebrated as contributing to our society while promoting supportive and inclusive work environments.

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Office extends celebratory wishes to our HCC faculty, staff and students in recognition of National Native American Heritage Month.
