Intensive English

The IEP is unique in several ways:

The IEP is part of the Houston Community College System.It is not a separate institute like many other intensive English programs in Houston.

Students in our program are HCCS students with access to all college facilities and student services.

The IEP is also the most reasonably-priced intensive English program in Houston and the surrounding area.

The IEP in Southwest College is located on two campuses. The Gulfton Center is primarily a facility for Intensive English students.  The Alief Continuing Education Center shares facilities with the IEP.

The IEP has up-to-date hardware in its labs and high-quality digital equipment available for instructional use.
